Where to leave a broken-down car
Official source · art. 51.1 · last amended 2007-05-19Open the full article on Justel[L25_04_0.jpg] A broken-down car having a tyre changed is a defective vehicle rather than a parked vehicle. Traffic signs concerning waiting and parking do not apply, but if it cannot be parked safely, it must be marked with a warning triangle.
Put a broken-down car where you would park it. If it cannot be moved, or only to a place where waiting or parking is forbidden, warn others with a warning triangle. How long it may stay: see Lesson 20.
